The last and probably the most surprising destination that will blow your mind.
It is not far from the bustling downtown of Bangkok. A small building that you will never expect has been keeping a unique, unusual, and maybe "weird" looking stuff inside. It's a Buddhist temple named Wat Pariwat (Pariwat Temple), located just south from Bangkok downtown.
At Bang Phong Phang, Yannawa, Bangkok
Like you always imagine, Buddhist temple is usually filled with Buddha statues. At least there's one.
But here, you can find another figure of someone you probably know.
It is a GOLDEN STATUE of DAVID BECKHAM!!!
That's why this temple is widely-known as David Beckham Temple.

They say it's David Beckham, the right statue. But I don't find any resemblance |
Recent info said the statue may replaced or removed and some tourists couldn't find it anymore. We still not sure or maybe the statue room has been locked and closed at the moment.
Don't worry, guys! You will be entertained by another quirky stuffs at the inside and outside of temple.
How about this?
Albert Einstein wall ceramic tiles.. in a temple?!! |
Che Guevara decorated the exterior |
Jackie Chan? Are you serious?! |
